non-refundable deposits are a portion of the total annual fees payable.Late
payments are subject to administration charge of $25.00/month.
Registration
placements are only guaranteed with completion and signing this financial
agreement and submission of the deposit per family along with 3 post-dated
cheques (dated for the 1st of September 2010, 1st of
November 2010 and the 1st of January 2011.)
A $25.00 charge will
be applied for NSF cheques.Following
an NSF cheque all subsequent cheques must be certified.

Dismissals & Withdrawals of Students
Places in Iqra
Islamic School are for the entire school year, September to June.Parents, Guardians or others accepting
financial responsibility are signing a binding contract.You
are liable for the full yearly fees even if students are withdrawn during the
school year.The post-dated payment
plan is intended only for the convenience of parents or guardians.No refunds are given for holidays or
absences.Deposits are a part of the annual tuition and
are not refundable.A discount of 5% will
be given on a single one time annual payment.
